About the Homestead
What We Do
Here at Country View Homestead, we run a cottage bakery where everything is made by hand and from scratch, right here on the homestead. Our shop is also filled with handmade home decor that is also made here. We raise multiple animals and run a fun and educational program that is great for all ages. We grow a variety of vegetables in our beautiful gardens and we are very proud of the fact that we do this without pesticides or chemicals of any kind. Our goal is a healthier, more self sustaining lifestyle.
Who We Are
We are a family run farm and we all take on different roles, but our goals are all the same. To have the most self sustaining life possible and to be able to share that with others.
Join Us
Part of our goals are to help people learn how to be more self sustaining. Being closer to the land by teaching about growing their own healthy food and teaching about our animals are just a couple of things we offer. Part of that teaching is through visits to the homestead with our Rent the Homestead option. You are able to get right in with the animals and learn more about them. This program is is fun for all ages. We also welcome groups!
