The truck and hearts are lifted off of the wood round at different heights. I made the little wood slatted truck bed extender to give the truck a little bit more of an authentic look. I really wanted to keep this pretty clean and simple looking by only using the 4 colors, so I decided not to add any greenery or flowers, and only added the word "Love" and made a simple loop bow out of ribbon.
